• Exchange Server GUID generator
  Use the GUID Generator to generate globally unique identifiers, or GUIDs, that you can use to identify your ActiveX classes, objects, and interfaces. The GUID is copied to the Clipboard in one of four different formats for insertion into your application's source code.
   
• .NET Framework
  The .NET Framework includes everything you need to run .NET Framework applications, including the Common Language Runtime, the .NET Framework class library, and ASP.NET. • WiX
  The Windows Installer XML (WiX) is a toolset that builds Windows installation packages from XML source code. The toolset supports a command line environment that developers may integrate into their build processes to build MSI and MSM setup packages.
• WMI Code Creator
  The WMI Code Creator tool allows you to generate VBScript, C#, and VB .NET code that uses WMI to complete a management task such as querying for management data, executing a method from a WMI class, or receiving event notifications using WMI.
   
• Visual Studio 2005 extensions for the .NET Framework 3.0
  The Visual Studio 2005 extensions for.NET Framework 3.0 (WCF & WPF), November 2006 CTP provides developers with support for building .NET Framework 3.0 applications using the released version of Visual Studio 2005. These tools are provided as an early preview of technology being considered for the Orcas release of Visual Studio. These tools are not supported by Microsoft but provided as is to enable early adoption of the .NET Framework 3.0 platform.
   
• SharePoint Server 2007 SDK
  The Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (Beta) SDK is a preliminary release for solution providers, independent software vendors, value-added resellers, and other developers to learn about the new SharePoint Server 2007 enterprise application and platform. It features conceptual and "How to" articles, sample code, and preliminary programming references. The Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (Beta) SDK will be updated for the released version of SharePoint Server 2007.

• Oracle Database 10g Express Edition
  Oracle Database XE is an entry-level, small-footprint (150MB) database based on the Oracle Database 10g Release 2 code base that's free to develop, deploy, and distribute. It competes with SQL Server Express (formerly MSDE). It works with PHP, Java, .NET, and Open Source applications.

  This free software is a fast, affordable way to create professional-quality documents in the popular PDF file format. It allows you to create PDF files by simply selecting the "print" command from any application, creating documents which can be viewed on any computer with a PDF viewer.

• UltraISo
  UltraISO can extract, create, edit, and convert CD/DVD image files. It can directly edit an ISO file, make ISO images from CD/DVD-ROMs, create a new ISO from files and folders on your computer, and make bootable CDs and DVDs. UltraISO can be used as an ISO and BIN extractor, creator, editor, and converter with most CD/DVD-burning software and virtual CD/DVD drive software. • MetaEdit 2.2
  Use this utility to assist in troubleshooting issues and modifying Internet Information Services (IIS) metabase values. You can also use this tool to export the IIS metabase from one computer and import it to another.

• Sanur
  Sanur is a tiny Win32 console freeware utility that 'pipes' a password into the Windows 2000/XP/2003 RunAs utility, thereby making RunAs scriptable.
